Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Andreas Gabriel

Andreas Gabriel is elaborating his PhD thesis on the specific topic of “System analysis of small horticultural retail companies” at the Chair of Economics of Horticulture and Landscaping of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since December 2012.

He studied Horticulture at the University of Applied Sciences of Weihenstephan at Freising and is working since 2004 as research associate at the Chair of Marketing and Management of Biogenic Resources (MNR), Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (HSWT), (Straubing Center of Science).

Andreas Gabriel was working on several research projects with main focus on empirical market and social research in the areas of Horticulture, Foodstuff, Agriculture and Biotechnology. Since 2012 he is head of the department “Horticultural Products” at the chair of MNR.
